3 In 3 Driver Change Course

Effective January 1, 2010, Section 322.0261(1)(c), Florida Statutes, requires drivers who have been convicted of, or plead nolo contendere (no contest) to a third traffic offense that caused a crash within 36 months, to complete a Florida Department of Highway Safety and Motor Vehicles (FLHSMV) approved driver improvement course also known as the 12 Hour ADI.  

Additionally, you must complete a 4 hour behind the wheel training with a State Certified Driving School. All you have to do is call our office: Palm Beach County Tel: (561) 985-1727, Broward County Tel: (954) 946-7174 and one of our instructors will pick you up from your home, school or office whenever is convenient for you.   

Drivers who were at fault in three crashes within a three-year period, are required by the Florida Dhsmv to:   

• Complete the 12 Hour Advanced Driver Improvement Course (12 Hour ADI)  
• Complete 4 hours of behind the wheel training from a DMV approved, Florida licensed driving school   
• Pass an extended road test with a driver license examiner or tax collector licensing agent.     

You must complete the courses (12 Hour ADI and the 4 Hour Behind the Wheel Training) within 90 days to avoid driver license cancellation.  

12 HOUR ADI COURSE      REGISTER          RETURNING STUDENTS 

The Total Cost for the 12 Hour ADI is $85.95.  Includes the 12 Hour ADI Course, all taxes and fees and the Original Traffic School Certificate of Completion.   The course is loaded with colorful images and charts, interesting videos, and helpful exercises that will help you to be a better, safer driver. Take the course at your own pace — finish it in a couple of days or do a few easy-to-read sections at a time.
